Evaluates psychosocial needs of patients and provide psychiatric evaluation/treatment in collaborative model with Primary Care Provider. Performs administrative duties including, budget preparation and management, and quality improvement projects. provides program development, EPIC consultation, and administrative support, clinical support and training for the onboarding of Integrated Care Behavioral Health staff and clinics. Complete special projects such as conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis for planning and forecasting purposes to contribute ideas towards work flow, hiring patterns, or training needs.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Master'd Degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling or related field is Required. (PhD or PysD may be given preference)
Current Colorado State License in one of the following disciplines: Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or related licensure REQUIRED.
Three years of related experience or completion of a fellowship program
One year teaching leadership experience
Demonstrates a working knowledge of theories of psychology, therapeutic interventions, and chemical dependency
Demonstrates conflict resolution, problem solving and critical thinking skills necessary to implement safe and effective care
