The Broad College of Business seeks an MBA Director/Associate-Director of Admissions (rank contingent on years of experience). The opening is a key role in the Broad College who leads a team of admissions and marketing professionals to meet recruitment and enrollment targets for the top-ranked, MBA program. The Director overseas a multi-million dollar budget and is ultimately responsible for crafting a strategic recruitment plan that engages multiple prospective student audiences across myriad communications and marketing platforms to increase the number of applications to the MBA program as well as the selectivity and yield amongst admitted students. The Director manages applicant interview process and leads an admission committee staffed with career service professionals, faculty, and student advisors. The Director is also responsible for benchmarking the MBA program against peer and aspirant schools to inform curriculum and program development.
The Director is held to the highest ethical and professional standards, fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., faculty, administrators, alumni, and other university constituents) to achieve institutional goals. This position requires travel, evening, and weekend responsibilities.

Masters -MBA, albeit Business Education, Marketing
MBA, graduate degree in business or education, or related/equivalent.
At least four years of experience in marketing, sales, recruiting or higher education administration. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and digital presence. Record of growing responsibilities managing both personnel and budgets. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software for lead and application management. Project management experience with a proven record of working cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives.
Familiarity of graduate business school landscape, best-practices, ranking methodologies.
