The Enrollment Management (EM) division comprises morethan 150 full-time staff who serve our students through the followingdepartments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment,Transfer Center, One Stop Student Services, Financial Aid and Scholarships,University Registrar, EM Communications, and Research & Analytics.
Functions and Responsibilities: The Assistant Director is responsible for the planning,coordination, and assessment related to our high school counselor strategicpriorities; recruitment of students that participate in pre-college programssponsored by the University; and for overseeing new strategic initiatives andprojects that positively impact enrollment growth.
The Assistant Director will workclosely with the Undergraduate Admissions Senior Staff to identify and supportthe development and execution of department strategic priorities andinitiatives. They will build and foster internal and external partnerships thatlead to new collaborations and support existing and new initiatives to aid andaccomplish the department's goals and strategic recruitment plan. As a keypriority, the position will develop and lead a school counselor strategyfocused on increasing impactful engagement with high school counselors.
The Assistant Director will alsoserve as the liaison in Undergraduate Admissions to the colleges and otherdepartments across campus in coordinating the recruitment of prospectivestudents that attend pre-college programs at the University. In addition, theAssistant Director will work directly with AVP for Enrollment Management &Director of Undergraduate Admissions on strategic initiatives that support ourenrollment goals, increase efficiencies, and ultimately better serve keystakeholders.
This position will report to the AVP forEnrollment Management & Director of Undergraduate Admissions, while workingclosely with all members of the Undergraduate Admissions Senior Staff insupport of the department's strategic recruitment plan and other priorities.
