Analytical and financial skills, as well as, ability to effectively track details regarding day-to-day and longer-term initiatives. Intermediate skills with Excel.
Strong comfort with technology and ability to self-teach programs and processes that are not part of current skill set. Familiarity with some of the following programs and processes would be helpful: Salesforce management, website editing(HTML), social media, online learning platforms.
Entrepreneurial spirit in addition to an open mindset and flexible approach in adapting to shifting priorities. Supervisory experience
Ability to demonstrate leadership, program management and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in cooperation with a diverse constituency, from administrative staff to students and faculty.
