JOB SUMMARY: The Integrity Learning Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychologist with an HSPP endorsement to help us open our Mental Health Department located in Plainfield, IN. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to shape and direct our Mental Health program and be a core member of a multi-disciplinary integrated care team. The ideal candidate must be passionate and motivated, have a love for learning, and be willing to collaborate with others.
The duties of the psychologist will be to provide on-site assessments, testing, and ongoing mental health services focused on children with special needs (especially autism spectrum disorder) and/or children with behavioral challenges. This includes working alongside a child’s family by providing support, counseling, and resources as deemed necessary. The Integrity Learning Center is a teaching facility, and the candidate must be willing to supervise others and collaborate with local universities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments utilizing instruments such as, but not limited to, ADOS-2, CARS, ABAS-3, ADI-R, CARS, and Vineland-3. This includes the provision of remote assessments when necessary due to public health guidelines as a result of COVID-19
Complete thorough written reports and meet with families to discuss assessment findings and recommendations
Conduct ongoing evaluations, observations, and make referrals as necessary
Collaborate with professionals in other disciplines within the company for the best possible client outcomes
Provide education, training, and consultation on mental health and developmental disorders including appropriate interventions
Work closely with directors to ensure high quality services and participate in strategic meetings
Provide ongoing individual and group counseling services focused on children with special needs and their families
Provide supervision for students and graduates as needed

Basic requirements for any candidate to be considered include:
Doctorate degree from an accredited university
Current license to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Clinical Psychology (HSPP)
Minimum 2 years of experience with the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders
