The withdrawal coordinator manages campus-wide withdrawal services for a large undergraduate student population. They serve as the point person for students who need to leave the University due to hardship reasons. The withdrawal coordinator collaborates with University administration to develop policies and procedures that support the University's withdrawal process; works closely with advisors, campus resource providers, on and off campus medical and mental health clinicians, and academic departments to service the critical needs of students seeking withdrawal; and organizes the assessment efforts of campus withdrawal services. The coordinator is also responsible for designing and coordinating campus-wide trainings and outreach to USC students, faculty, and staff.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience.
