1. Holds by-appointment individual counseling sessions with students and technical interns. 2. Facilitates group counseling sessions on a set schedule. 3. Partners with Yale Behavioral Health to refer students with immediate clinical needs. 4. Partners with Title IX Coordinator/Dean's Designee for Discrimination and Harassment to refer students with immediate confidential needs to appropriate Yale resources. 5. May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skill/ability 2: Demonstrated ability to provide sensitive non-clinical counseling and follow-up contact with students with serious mental illness and those in crisis (e.g. after a psychiatric hospitalization), as well as students returning from time away from Yale (leave of absence).
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Two years' work experience in a clinical setting counseling students individually and/or in groups or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
