Work in cooperation with the Director of OUCARES to develop market and implement both recreational and educational programs for individuals, families and the community impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Recruit, train and retain needed volunteers to support OUCARES programs. Become the liaison for parents whose children or adults are enrolled in the OUCARES programs by explaining the benefits the programs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have knowledge and be experienced in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disorders/special needs.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, excel in oral and written communication.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Experience in using Excel, Access and Word.
Experience in program development for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
