Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (However, some flexibility such as evenings and weekends will be required to meet the needs of the department.)
Under the direction of the Chief Instructional Officer, this position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and supervisory duties related to the functions and activities of a major multi-disciplinary instructional area (division) within the college.
Possession of a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution and at least one year of formal training, internship or leadership experience reasonably related to the assignment.

Possession of an advanced degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Teaching experience in Business, Technology or related field in an accredited post-secondary institution.
Experience in the management, coordination or leadership of an instructional program.
Experience initiating, promoting and supporting innovative practices in an academic setting.
Demonstrated experience in economic workforce development.
Prior experience in approaching work and interactions with colleagues and students in an equity minded manner. Ability to provide an inclusive and welcoming work/educational environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting and encouraging faculty in the development of equity-minded and culturally responsive instruction that is designed to meet the needs of historically underrepresented students. Equity Minded and culturally responsive instruction includes both curricular content and teaching methodologies.
