The Investment Contact Center (ICC) provides service and support for clients of WIM's five lines of business: Abbot Downing, Retirement, Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA), and Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Our client-facing teams manage millions of customer contacts each year for retail and institutional clients, plan sponsors, and participants via phone, email, and correspondence. We also have team members who work on support teams in business administration, operations, and strategy and technology. We act as a single, unified, and coordinated channel, with one direction, one voice, and one view, in order to provide exceptional client experiences.
May act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by assisting in the planning or analysis of basic business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance and support in identifying and evaluating automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and make necessary changes to the database(s). Gathers data used by business group. Maintains forms and performs quality checks of the automated systems. Assists in developing guidelines for use of database(s). Updates the database(s) and supports the testing team.

1+ year of business systems analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of NICE Call Recording
NICE Call Recording experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Knowledge and understanding of full suite of Contact Center technologies in a converged network environment with an emphasis on Genesys or other CTI and Call Routing platforms preferably in a large financial services environment
Knowledge and understanding of call routing and call reporting dynamics
Other Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with contact center soft-phones
