1. Holds by-appointment individual counseling sessions with students and technical interns.2. Facilitates group counseling sessions on a set schedule.3. Partners with Yale Behavioral Health to refer students with immediate clinical needs.4. Partners with YSD Title IX Coordinator/Dean's Designee for Discrimination and Harassment to refer students with immediate confidential needs to appropriate Yale resources.5. May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: Counseling experience in a rigorous university setting. Demonstrated experience in counseling on racial/ethnic identity. Professional certification in mental health counseling or social work, or related.
