The Office of Supportive Services, home to The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) and Student Support Services (SSS) is seeking an Counselor for Academic Services for the Student Support Services (SSS) program. Student Support Services (SSS) is a Federal TRIO Program supported in part by funds from the U.S. Department of Education. The goals of SSS are to increase the retention and graduation rates of first-generation Syracuse University students from lower income earning families, by providing support services that assist with addressing barriers to completion of undergraduate degree requirements. SSS at Syracuse University serves approximately 250 students annually.
