The School of Business at Molloy College is seeking qualified applicants with an earned PhD in a related field for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the areas of Quantitative Analysis/Modelling/Project Management.
Candidate must have demonstrated ability in teaching Quantitative Analysis applying innovative approaches, such as, simulation and technology. With extension in teaching Project Management, Healthcare Finance, and Data Analytics. Candidates must be able to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses. Teaching methods include both traditional, hybrid, and online. Applicants must have a Doctorate from an accredited institution. In addition, strong preference will be given to candidates with solid business experience. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability coupled with strong communication skills, must be demonstrated.
Publications or presentations in field is preferred. Successful applicants will be expected to advise students, act as a club or business competition advisor, engage in meaningful scholarly research, participate in non-academic college activities, and attend School of Business and college-wide faculty meetings and all other related activities as required by the Dean of the School of Business.
