Position Overview: Incora is seeking an Assistant General Counsel in Ft. Worth, Texas. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Assistant General Counsel will function as a key member of the legal and business teams. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of legal work on commercial contracts and business development with other departments such as sales, operations, human resources, and finance. This role is also responsible for providing employment advice and support independently, and in conjunction with outside counsel when appropriate and will provide advice on a broad range of other legal topics.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant in-house legal experience broadly-based in commercial contracts and human resources/employment law.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package.
Location: Ft. Worth, TX.

Bar: J.D. and admitted to the Texas bar.
