Provides friendly, professional, quality end-to-end service in records, registration, financial aid, student accounts, and other services. Performs office functions and processes designed to improve the customer service experience to students, parents, faculty, staff, and the University community. Advocates for a positive student enrollment experience. Responsible for research and assessment assignments that center on enrollment issues.
Bachelor's degree in a Student Services field, Education, Business, or other related field; minimum of one year of experience in records, registration, financial aid, student accounts or higher education enrollment services.
Master's degree in a Student Services field, Education, Business or other related field; experience with Banner or a similar student information platform and working knowledge of student records and/or financial software; knowledge of and experience with financial literacy educational tools.
